War and Peace

Mara Ellis makes intimate performance works about memory, language, and the spaces we share. Her practice moves between devised theatre and writing for the stage. War and Peace began as a series of rehearsals exploring what a gesture can hold.

Noah Park is a performer and movement artist working across dance and experimental theatre. His work explores repetition, physical attention, and the quiet exchange between performer and audience.

Imani Reed is an actor and interdisciplinary artist whose practice brings spoken text into conversation with movement. She is interested in ensemble creation and the stories that emerge through listening.

Alex Rivera works in physical theatre and collaborative performance. Their practice considers the body as an archive, using everyday gestures to explore belonging, distance, and connection.

Jules Tan creates sound for performance using field recordings, found objects, and live processing. For this production, they build a shifting score from breath, paper, and the room itself.

Leah Morgan designs environments for intimate theatrical spaces. Working with light, shadow, and ordinary materials, she creates settings that change through the presence of the performers.

Sam Okafor is a costume artist with an interest in texture, wear, and movement. Their designs for War and Peace allow small shifts in the body to remain visible.

Eva Chen supports independent performance through producing and stage management. She works closely with artists to develop careful, collaborative processes from the first rehearsal to the final performance.
